Each new gift you send will add Giftbucks to your account for you to use on future orders. There’s no way to collect Giftbucks on past gifts you sent.

It’s quick and easy to enroll in our new loyalty program. Anyone can sign up by simply creating an account with us. If you already have an account with us, you’re automatically enrolled! From your account dashboard, you’ll see your Giftbucks balance, and don’t worry, we’ll show it to you when you check out too! The premise of Giftbucks is simple — the more your give, the more you get!

How can I use my Giftbucks?
 

Using your Giftbucks is as simple as earning them. During the checkout process you’ll see how many Giftbucks you currently have in your account and can select to use them to pay for part (or all) of your gift.
 
 

I forgot to apply my Giftbucks. Can I add them after the order is placed?
 

Giftbucks can only be applied during the checkout process. But never fear! You’ll get to save even more when you use your Giftbucks on your next gift order since you earn with every order. Make sure you double-check your payment options on your next order to ensure you’ve chosen to use your Giftbucks.
 
 

Will my Giftbucks expire?
 

Yes—but not right away! Your Giftbucks are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them, giving you plenty of time to use them on any future order. Make your holiday shopping even more rewarding by applying your hard-earned Giftbucks for discounts on your favorite gifts!
 
 

How many Giftbucks will I get from each order?
 

Once we launched this loyalty program we enrolled all existing customers at Gift Baskets Overseas as a Standard Account. Any new account created after the launch will also automatically enter the loyalty program as a Standard Account. Standard Accounts will receive 2% of their purchase totals for each gift they send as Giftbucks. In the future, accounts that qualify will see the VIP Account option appear. Accounts that become VIP will earn 5% of their purchase price back as Giftbucks.
 
 

Can I transfer Giftbucks to others?
 

Not directly. Giftbucks are not transferable and cannot be redeemed in cash or as a refund. You can only spend your balance of Giftbucks on future orders with us. Instead of transferring them to your friend, you can use your Giftbucks to surprise them with a gift!
 
 

If I spend my Giftbucks, but decide to cancel the order, will my Giftbucks be refunded?
 

The short answer — yes! When you cancel any order you use Giftbucks on, you will see your Giftbucks refunded to the balance in your My Account dashboard.

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
 

1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1. Within the Loyalty Program framework, Members accumulate Giftbucks and receive bonus incentives under the conditions stipulated by the Loyalty Program.
1.2. Gift Baskets Overseas (GBO) reserves the right to determine the validity period for Giftbucks and the circumstances under which bonus incentives may be discontinued.

2. Accrual, Deduction, Restoration, and Cancellation of Bonus Points
2.1. Upon purchasing goods, Giftbucks are credited to the Member’s account, calculated as a percentage of the product’s cost. The Bonus Point accrual rate is set by GBO and displayed on the Member’s account. Delivery fees are excluded from Bonus Point calculations.
2.2. Giftbucks can be used within 12 months from the date of accrual and can be applied to subsequent orders. Any Giftbucks not used within this 12-month period will automatically expire and be removed from the member’s account.
2.3. Giftbucks are deducted when used during an order placement, reflecting the current Giftbucks balance. Giftbucks are proportionally applied based on product values if multiple products are purchased.
2.4. If the recipient declines the order and/or the goods under the conditions specified in the Terms of Use of the Service, the debited Giftbucks will not be refunded.
2.5. GBO will revoke Bonus Points in the following scenarios:
 

• The points expire as per the Loyalty Program’s set duration.
• Deletion of a Member’s account.
• Removal or voluntary exit of a Member from the Loyalty Program.
• Incorrect Giftbuck calculations, including software glitches.
• Giftbuck accruals resulting from Loyalty Program misuse or deceitful activities by the Member or third parties.
   

3. Additional Provisions
3.1. Members who disagree with the Loyalty Program’s terms should cease using the service immediately.
3.2. GBO holds the authority to limit a Member’s access if they misuse the Loyalty Program, including fraudulent activities targeting bonus rewards.
3.3. GBO can amend the Loyalty Program’s terms without prior notice. Modifications become effective upon their release unless otherwise stated. Members are responsible for periodically reviewing the terms for updates.
