How do I incorporate my company’s logo?
To incorporate your company’s logo, send your high-quality (300 dpi) JPEG, PNG, or TIFF files along with your order. Please allow an additional 7 business days from the date of payment, in addition to regional shipping times, for delivery logo printing. Learn more about how it works here.
With multiple recipients at the same address, do I pay a delivery fee each time?
If you order for multiple recipients to the same address, separate delivery fees may apply, as we may have to ship the gifts individually. In some cases, we can provide a shipping discount for multiple recipients at the same address. You will also be entitled to a corporate discount based on the purchase volume. Please contact us for an accurate quote for your bulk order.
There is an issue with my order. What should I do?
If there’s an issue with your order, please inform us about what’s wrong, including details about the delivered items, packaging, and a picture if possible. We will investigate the issue and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
Does the order price include shipping, taxes, and customs duties?
Our prices include taxes, customs, and duties but do not include shipping. You can find shipping costs to all countries here.
Can I reorder for previous recipients?
To reorder for the same recipients as last year, contact us, and we’ll send you an updated bulk order form or a list of recipients with their contact information. Verify their details, add or delete recipients, choose your gifts, and send the order back for processing.
How do I apply my discount?
When placing your bulk order, mention in your email that you’d like us to calculate your discount or include a discount code (if known). If you don’t have a discount code, corporate discounts are calculated based on the volume of your order.
Do the gifts you send cross international borders?
We maintain warehouses in each country or region we serve to minimize shipping times and costs.
Can I send multiple gifts at the same time?
Yes, we specialize in large orders to multiple recipients. Download our electronic order form here, fill it out, and email it back to us for processing. We’ll confirm your order and process your payment.
Can you deliver to hotels, hospitals, churches, or other non-traditional locations?
We can send gifts to non-traditional locations like hotel rooms, hospitals, and schools. Just provide your recipient’s information, and we’ll make sure your gift is delivered accordingly.
