Here’s how to do it:

 

  1. First, register on www.GiftBasketsOverseas.com and go to My Account. There, you’ll see the Multiple Order Scheduler link. Make sure to browse through it.
  2. Then, fill in your company name and address in the My Company section and upload your logo. We’ll use that to create your Branded Greeting Cards.
  3. Time to start gifting! Click New Order and fill out your recipient’s information.
  4. Remember: you can be as personal as you want and choose different gifts for each recipient! If that’s too much work, make a bulk choice for all of them.
  5. Next, craft your message, and don’t skip over this part. This is the place to add your company logo along with your greeting. Make sure they remember what you have to say by including a heartwarming or compelling message to your audience.
  6. Review your order and make sure everyone gets a great gift! After you confirm your order the next step is to sit back and wait! Our Customer Service team will contact you with details and the next steps.

 

 

Tips & Tricks:

 

  1. Don’t want to cut and paste names and addresses for multiple recipients? Use our CSV-import feature. Export your contact list right from your CRM and upload it directly to our New Order Wizard. Make sure you export all the needed information for delivery: Full Name, Address, City, Country, ZIP code, Email, and Phone Number.
  2. Do it as many times as you want: clone your past orders in a click! All the information about your recipients and gifts will be copied to a new order. And of course, you can make any changes to the new order you like.
  3. Use your address book for more easy gifting: the My Recipients section remembers recipients from all your past orders. Want to repeat? Choose the right people and start creating a new gifting project.

How to Complete Corporate Bulk Order Form

 

Our bulk order form is specially designed to optimize processing and delivery time. Please remember the following tips to fill out the form completely. These are about the most commonly asked about fields.

You can now download our Bulk Order form or use a Google spreadsheet to complete it online. Either way, the information you fill out and how you fill it out remains the same. Please watch this short video for a walkthrough on how to fill out our order form:
 

 

Customer Information

 

Fill out each field. Include the email address where you want correspondence regarding your order to go. The name written here will be the official “Sender’s Name,” and in some cases may be printed on shipping slips or packaging — make sure it’s the name of the person you want the recipient to see.
 

 

Recipient Information

 

  • Company name: It’s important to specify the recipients’ company name, if the delivery location is a business address.
  • First Name, Last Name: Self-explanatory. Please don’t separate the recipients’ names into two fields.
  • Address Line: Include only the house or building number, street name, and apartment number in this field. Please write city, state, zip code in their appropriate fields.
  • Country: Please use the drop down list or type to select the appropriate country.
  • State/Province: Only required for orders to the USA, Canada and Australia.
  • Zip/Postal Code: Most countries require these, although a few don’t. Please make sure that your order includes zip codes for all necessary countries.
  • Phone: Include the local phone number for each recipient. Do not use your phone number here. Our couriers may need to arrange a delivery time or get clarification on directions directly from the recipient. This is especially true if one delivery attempt has been made already. Please Note: If any of the above pieces of information from 2-5 are missing or incorrect, it will delay the processing and delivery of your order. Verify contact information prior to submitting your order.
  • Product Name: While browsing our website, choose the country of delivery first, then choose the gift you want to send. Not all gifts are available in all countries.
  • Greeting message: Last but not the least — add a greeting card text for each recipient and don’t forget to sign your card. Texts can be unique for each recipient or alternatively you can just copy the same greeting card text for everyone on your list.
     

Please note: A one-time processing fee (from $20 USD) will be added to your invoice. This fee supports our reliable address validation system, which helps our team quickly identify incorrect details as well as retrieve missing information. Your final processing fee will vary depending on the validation required.
