I'm so glad I could write a review today. It was the first time i placed the order and i am extremely overwhelmed with the experience i have received. Well i should been unhappy when i got to know the plush bunny went out out stock but i wasn't an inch disappointed & thats because of the Excellent Customer Service i received. I not only got alternate options to select from but also received so much help in rescheduling my delivery date to when i could received my desired gift. Also i wanted some help with a bit of changes to the wine i ordered and i was surprised with the kind of help i received. Customer Service went out of their way to do the best possible thing to accommodate my requirements inspite of saying there isn't much that can be changed. They contacted the locals, updated what i wanted in their records, sending confirmation emails and did all they can to keep me a happy customer I would specially like to name some customer service representatives because of whom i am a happy customer and they did all they can to help me.
