They had a new basket delivered within days. Then I wanted to send a spa package to that same person in Colombia so I reached out to Alex to help me find a spa close by. Alex took it upon himself to find a local spa and negotiate a good price, and the best part was GBO does not even offer that product but Alex helped me secure it anyway. I have never written a review on anything before but I felt compelled to do so because of the extraordinary customer service I received from Alex and Gift Baskets Overseas.
