Despite knowing about the advance ordering disclaimer, I ordered the gift on the 24th (from California) and was hoping to get it delivered on the 25th (to Belgrade). As soon as I placed my order one of their reps called me asking me to confirm the delivery address... I said fine but it'll have to wait until tomorrow because my int'l friend is asleep at the moment. I woke up the next day and my friend was in tears because she got the gift delivered. Figuratively speaking, I was floored. I couldn't believe that within a few hours they were able to figure out the delivery address and have it shipped to her. All of their reps are amazing and will go above-and-beyond in making sure you're a satisfied customer. In 30 years I have never experienced better customer service -- A+++ all the way.

I was very impressed with the service I received!! I wanted a special gift delivered to a special person in Turkey and this was accomplished thanks to all of you! The customer service was very professional and considerate. I was notified of every step and was also able to make substitutions due to delays, which were not due to the company. I don't know of a single other company that takes the time to personally call their customers to be sure a quality product is delivered and picked up in the same condition.
