Despite knowing about the advance ordering disclaimer, I ordered the gift on the 24th (from California) and was hoping to get it delivered on the 25th (to Belgrade). As soon as I placed my order one of their reps called me asking me to confirm the delivery address... I said fine but it'll have to wait until tomorrow because my int'l friend is asleep at the moment. I woke up the next day and my friend was in tears because she got the gift delivered. Figuratively speaking, I was floored. I couldn't believe that within a few hours they were able to figure out the delivery address and have it shipped to her. All of their reps are amazing and will go above-and-beyond in making sure you're a satisfied customer. In 30 years I have never experienced better customer service -- A+++ all the way.

This was the first time we worked with the company and the experience was great. We are in South America and we sent gifts to several countries. We were afraid that we would not be able to control the delivery and/or the situation, so we repeatedly sent inquiries. We received immediate response to all our questions and doubts, we were informed of every package delivered or processed, and the corporate specialist that we worked with was very accurate, kind, helpful and professional, I highly recommend them. It is a serious and responsible company.
