Gift Baskets to Jordan

I placed an order with Gift Baskets Overseas to be delivered to a person working at a hotel in Costa Rica. I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund. Excellent communication from this company and would definitely recommend them for any overseas gift deliveries.

Finding a gift solution for our vendor in Indonesia seemed daunting, but I didn't want his work to go unnoticed with a special gift at the holidays. I ordered with a "we'll see how this works, low expectation" feeling. And then I got an email from our vendor thanking us for the gift and sharing photos. He was so excited to receive the gift and mentioned he didn't know how I'd achieved it. People had tried to send him things in the past that just got lost in the post office and he was never able to claim them.
