I placed an order with Gift Baskets Overseas to be delivered to a person working at a hotel in Costa Rica. I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund. Excellent communication from this company and would definitely recommend them for any overseas gift deliveries.

Loved the communication for me and the recipient. The delivery was to a hotel and left with front desk exactly as I requested. My recipient was send a message to let her know it arrived and later to ensure satisfaction. We were both greatly impressed and appreciative.
