Gift Baskets to Réunion

My company used Gift Baskets Overseas to send holiday gifts to our clients during Christmas. We wanted to make sure gifts were sent on time so we started our orders in November. Katherine was great to work with and super organized. We received a bulk order coupon after processing our orders and Katherine was gracious enough to apply a discount on our next order. Everything was sent on time and it was such a breeze especially during the busiest season! I sent a gift basket to my friend in Germany. The customer service throughout the whole process was outstanding! I was able to communicate with the representatives over the phone and emails. They helped me to pick up my order and gave me suggestions. I had some issue with order delivery due to hot weather. I spoke to Alex about it, and he was able to resolve my issue pretty quickly. He notified me about the issue and provided resolution. I was very happy with the service and the company. I will recommend to others and will use this company again in the future.
