I sent a gift basket to my friend in Germany. The customer service throughout the whole process was outstanding! I was able to communicate with the representatives over the phone and emails. They helped me to pick up my order and gave me suggestions. I had some issue with order delivery due to hot weather. I spoke to Alex about it, and he was able to resolve my issue pretty quickly. He notified me about the issue and provided resolution. I was very happy with the service and the company. I will recommend to others and will use this company again in the future.

I've used this company for the past two years to ship corporate gifts to locations in Japan and Europe, and my experience working with Mariana Pereira and the GBO customer service team has been outstanding.
