Conversing with the customer service Representatives on the telephone was professional and courteous. They contacted the recipient 24 hours in advance. Prompt delivery on the day it was scheduled. Cordial delivery driver person who helped give instructions on how to preserve the bouquet. The Christmas bouquet is just as pictured on the website. Truly Beautuful! This was delivered to Zaparyzhia, Ukraine. Despite the unspeakable adversity the Ukrainian people are going through, this is more than outstanding service!
