Conversing with the customer service Representatives on the telephone was professional and courteous. They contacted the recipient 24 hours in advance. Prompt delivery on the day it was scheduled. Cordial delivery driver person who helped give instructions on how to preserve the bouquet. The Christmas bouquet is just as pictured on the website. Truly Beautuful! This was delivered to Zaparyzhia, Ukraine. Despite the unspeakable adversity the Ukrainian people are going through, this is more than outstanding service! I placed an order with Gift Baskets Overseas to be delivered to a person working at a hotel in Costa Rica. I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund. Excellent communication from this company and would definitely recommend them for any overseas gift deliveries.
