I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund. Gift baskets overseas did an AMAZING job of helping us get some Canadian gifts to our friends in South Africa and the Netherlands. We shipped over to them most of what we could - yeti mugs, shirts, hats, maple syrup etc and they added in the Canadian whiskey.
