Despite knowing about the advance ordering disclaimer, I ordered the gift on the 24th (from California) and was hoping to get it delivered on the 25th (to Belgrade). As soon as I placed my order one of their reps called me asking me to confirm the delivery address... I said fine but it'll have to wait until tomorrow because my int'l friend is asleep at the moment. I woke up the next day and my friend was in tears because she got the gift delivered. Figuratively speaking, I was floored. I couldn't believe that within a few hours they were able to figure out the delivery address and have it shipped to her. All of their reps are amazing and will go above-and-beyond in making sure you're a satisfied customer. In 30 years I have never experienced better customer service -- A+++ all the way.

I did an order with this company from Italy to South Korea . All the team made a lot to track my order and try to satisfy my request. I really appreciate their effort and I would like to thank them for their high professionalism ! The gift was exactly the way that I expected and was really appreciated ! I am thankful to find Gift Baskets Overseas - they delivered 22 gift baskets to all of our clients in Europe and Asia. I can speak highly of their customer service: I was able to get my order submitted in Excel file and they handled the rest. I wish most US businesses were as efficient and fast.
