I placed an order with Gift Baskets Overseas to be delivered to a person working at a hotel in Costa Rica. I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund. Excellent communication from this company and would definitely recommend them for any overseas gift deliveries.
The GBO can indicate problems with your order quickly (insufficient stock…) and promptly implement the adjustments in the invoice. And they achieve that under tight intervals of the festive season. GBO indicates the delivery date and the recipient’s name to easily track your presents.
The fact that Yaroslav immediately reacted when incorrectly 2 payments were made and declined the one payment. Gifts baskets were delivered as requested.
