I placed an order with Gift Baskets Overseas to be delivered to a person working at a hotel in Costa Rica. I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund.
