I placed an order with Gift Baskets Overseas to be delivered to a person working at a hotel in Costa Rica. I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund. Excellent communication from this company and would definitely recommend them for any overseas gift deliveries.

Firstly it's a legit platform. Bought several times. I need to point this out as there are sites that are fake. Instructions well taken and staff/rep actually kept me updated on the delivery, not some auto tracking feature. Products are fresh and quality. Keep up the good work GiftBasketsOverseas.
