Gift Baskets to Slovakia

Our company orders every year for our International Customers and have for several years. We order about thirty each Holiday season and ship worldwide. The baskets look nice, like your average gift baskets from a gift basket company, so for us it isn't really about the gift, but more so the process. We are very busy and just want to get something nice out to our customers as quickly and hassle-free as possible. Our representative, Mariana Pereira makes it so easy and convenient. I placed an order with Gift Baskets Overseas to be delivered to a person working at a hotel in Costa Rica. I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund. Excellent communication from this company and would definitely recommend them for any overseas gift deliveries.
