Conversing with the customer service Representatives on the telephone was professional and courteous. They contacted the recipient 24 hours in advance. Prompt delivery on the day it was scheduled. Cordial delivery driver person who helped give instructions on how to preserve the bouquet. The Christmas bouquet is just as pictured on the website. Truly Beautuful! This was delivered to Zaparyzhia, Ukraine. Despite the unspeakable adversity the Ukrainian people are going through, this is more than outstanding service! You brought real joy to my friend, Tatyana, in Zaparyzhia. Thank you for making it such a wonderful and blessed Christmas for her!

I placed an order with Gift Baskets Overseas to be delivered to a person working at a hotel in Costa Rica. I was unaware that this person no longer worked there so the order was delivered but not accepted. I was promptly asked for another address to deliver this order but I did not have one so I had to cancel my order. I totally understood if I had to pay fees for cancellation but they issued me a full refund. Excellent communication from this company and would definitely recommend them for any overseas gift deliveries.

Gift baskets overseas did an AMAZING job of helping us get some Canadian gifts to our friends in South Africa and the Netherlands. We shipped over to them most of what we could - yeti mugs, shirts, hats, maple syrup etc and they added in the Canadian whiskey. Everything on their end went perfectly smoothly and they even gift wrapped the boxes with paper and a ribbon. I was very impressed and thankful for Ilan's help with our 6 gift boxes. Highly rate them!
