Despite knowing about the advance ordering disclaimer, I ordered the gift on the 24th (from California) and was hoping to get it delivered on the 25th (to Belgrade). As soon as I placed my order one of their reps called me asking me to confirm the delivery address... I said fine but it'll have to wait until tomorrow because my int'l friend is asleep at the moment. I woke up the next day and my friend was in tears because she got the gift delivered. Figuratively speaking, I was floored. I couldn't believe that within a few hours they were able to figure out the delivery address and have it shipped to her. All of their reps are amazing and will go above-and-beyond in making sure you're a satisfied customer. In 30 years I have never experienced better customer service -- A+++ all the way.

Best Service Ever! Our son is in Spain for a semester and got quite sick - had to take himself to the hospital, get antibiotics, had no one to take care of him. So I found Gift Baskets Overseas online, ordered a healthy breakfast basket, paid with PayPal and crossed my fingers that it wasn't a scam. Not only is it legitimate, but when I didn't have a landline to give them for him they tracked one down (and sent it to me so I'd have it too) and when I gave them an incomplete address (because that's all I had), they tracked that down too. My son got his basket and I'm amazed that service like this still exists. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

It's great to find some online businesses who are able to provide a fast response by email and phone. I was able to call them even at 1 am and someone was always there to answer questions about my corporate order. My family has relatives in Italy and my husband is German, so we were lucky to find a place that delivered almost anywhere in Europe and US. Their prices are on a higher end, yet their customer service and speed of delivery was something I didn't mind paying for.

I had some problems with the delivery but not because of the company or your service: the phone of my grandmother was not working but I sincerely appreciate doing your very best to deliver on Saturday, 8pm and very prompt communication during the process. Thank you very much for such a great service that allows to reach the loved ones from overseas. I will certainly use your service again!
