Finding a gift solution for our vendor in Indonesia seemed daunting, but I didn't want his work to go unnoticed with a special gift at the holidays. I ordered with a "we'll see how this works, low expectation" feeling. And then I got an email from our vendor thanking us for the gift and sharing photos. He was so excited to receive the gift and mentioned he didn't know how I'd achieved it. People had tried to send him things in the past that just got lost in the post office and he was never able to claim them. He joked and said I must be a wizard. :-) It was such a delightful experience for both of us. Thank you for bringing this service to life.
Successful and on-time delivery of a Sympathy gift to a remote part of the DR. Customer service worked with me to send what was possible for the local vendors and reimbursed me for what was not possible. I really appreciated their efforts to make this delivery happen, even with the location challenges.
