Alex immediately said they want to make it right and allowed me to pick out another basket at no charge, I was shocked this was above and beyond what I expected. They had a new basket delivered within days. Then I wanted to send a spa package to that same person in Colombia so I reached out to Alex to help me find a spa close by. Alex took it upon himself to find a local spa and negotiate a good price, and the best part was GBO does not even offer that product but Alex helped me secure it anyway. I have never written a review on anything before but I felt compelled to do so because of the extraordinary customer service I received from Alex and Gift Baskets Overseas. And the person I was sending these gifts to was overwhelmed with joy, it was an amazing experience. Do not hesitate to use this company for any of their products, they are amazing.
