Successful and on-time delivery of a Sympathy gift to a remote part of the DR. Customer service worked with me to send what was possible for the local vendors and reimbursed me for what was not possible. I really appreciated their efforts to make this delivery happen, even with the location challenges.
Finding a gift solution for our vendor in Indonesia seemed daunting, but I didn't want his work to go unnoticed with a special gift at the holidays. The GBO can indicate problems with your order quickly (insufficient stock…) and promptly implement the adjustments in the invoice. And they achieve that under tight intervals of the festive season. GBO indicates the delivery date and the recipient’s name to easily track your presents.
