How do you deliver gifts to the overseas location ?
In most locations in European Union, Australia, USA and Canada we deliver using mail services such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, USPS. In other locations where mail services are not as fast or reliable such as Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS and countries of South-East Asia we often deliver using a local accredited courier.
How long does it take to deliver ?
Delivery time varies based on the location and can be between 1 and 5 business days. In most locations we are able to deliver within 3-4 business days. Please see our delivery times by country.
Do you deliver wine & alcohol to all of your serviced locations ?
We can deliver wine and alcoholic beverages in any locations, except where prohibited by law.
We are currently unable to deliver baskets containing alcohol in the following countries: Sweden, Finland, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and other countries in Middle East where the alcohol delivery is prohibited.
Due to local ordinances, in the United States we are unable to deliver alcohol in the following States: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VT, WV, WI, WY. Additionally, you must be 21 years and older to purchase gift baskets containing wine. Adult signatures are required on all wine shipments.
ATTENTION regarding shipping to APO/FPO (military) addresses:
No alcohol is allowed to be shipped via military mail.

How do I place an order for a surprise delivery?
If you would like us to make a Surprise Delivery without us calling or contacting your intended recipient in advance, please make sure to request this in the Comments field of the order form. When our representatives process your order, they will make sure to schedule the delivery without disclosing your name or the contents of the gift being delivered. Please note that we cannot always ensure that your intended recipient will be at home at the time of delivery. If we need to make multiple attempts at delivery, we can no longer guarantee the liveliness of your flowers or other perishable items. We may also ask you to pay additional delivery fees to cover extra trips to the delivery address. In summary Surprise Delivery is not a recommended way to order due to the reasons described above.

How to Order a gift for delivery overseas? (detailed instructions)
Select an item you would like to order by browsing our catalog: by category, recipient, occasion or budget.
Review and Select all desired product options (greeting card, wrap, picture of delivery etc.), then add product to cart by clicking: at the bottom of the product page. Please note: you can add more than one product to the cart.
After you completed adding products to the cart Click: button.
Make sure everything is correct in the shopping cart as expected and click: button at the top right area of your screen.
If you are a NEW CUSTOMER – please click on the left. Otherwise you can enter your past order number or name/zip code combination and your previous orders will be recalled.
Fill out the order form, which includes recipient information and billing address. Click Verify Order at the bottom of the page
Review all of the order details, choose one of the payment methods and complete the order. Shortly after making payment you will receive an email confirmation from us. Please contact us over the phone if you do not receive such email message (please make sure that our email address 'info at GiftsBasketsOverseas.com' is white-listed and not blocked by anti-spam software or your internet provider).

How do I receive confirmation of delivery?
I see that your Order Tracking page still shows that my order is In Process, but the delivery time has passed in my selected city. Is there something wrong with my order?
Don't worry! Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to send our electronic confirmation of delivery. More often than not, our order status database is updated within 4 to 6 hours of your delivery. Some of our more remote locations do not yet have access to the Internet, so just hang in there and be patient with us. All our updates are done by hand to ensure proper attention to detail, so please just check again in a few hours.
Why does not your Order Tracking page provide the tracking code of a shipping company?
We do not always use the shipping companies to deliver the gifts. In some cases your gift can be scheduled for delivery with a local courier. You can always contact us to inquire about the status of your order and we'll be happy to assist you.
Can I attach a personalized note to the Gift Card?

Send your high quality (300 dpi) .JPEG, .PNG, or .TIFF files along with your order. Please allow an additional 7 business days from the date of payment, in addition to regional shipping times, for deliveries logo printing. See more about how it works here.
