    1. Tell us. Send your Bulk Order form or Google Spreadsheet with the recipient information you have (or at the minimum include their names, countries and email addresses).
      Note: If your privacy policy doesn’t allow you to disclose your recipients’ emails, you are welcome to send our link for your company-branded page to them yourself.
    2. Ask them. We (or you) will send an email to your recipients letting them know they have a surprise gift, and asking them to accept it. They pick a gift from a range you specify or simply accept the single gift you have selected for them.
    3. Get your list of gift recipients & pay only for accepted gifts! You can be notified every time a recipient fills out the e-Gift form, or you can let us take care of it. Either way, you’ll have the list of recipients who pre-accepted (and selected) their gift. We will bill you for the gifts they accepted and will send them out around the date they requested.

     

    What if you don’t have their address since they’re working remotely, or you’ve never had it at all? Not a problem! Check out our Address Request Service. You send us their email address, and we’ll check in with them to find the best delivery address for them. No work for you!
