I originally set this up for a Monday delivery. When I found out the recipient was not home that day customer service helped to change the delivery date and confirm with the delivery driver that the intended delivery needed to change. I received an email this morning from the recipient to tell me she had received the package on the agreed delivery date. All is great. Thank you for the support. 😊
I made a bulk hamper order, to be delivered to multiple people in multiple locations. I however made a mistake with one of the addresses I supplied. To my pleasant surprise, this mistake was flagged by Giftbasketsoverseas and pointed out to me, with the right address suggested. This as far as I'm concerned is exceptional. All of my hampers were then delivered to all the recipients write on schedule. Two thumbs up to you.
