I originally set this up for a Monday delivery. When I found out the recipient was not home that day customer service helped to change the delivery date and confirm with the delivery driver that the intended delivery needed to change. I received an email this morning from the recipient to tell me she had received the package on the agreed delivery date. All is great. Thank you for the support. 😊
This is the 2nd time I let this company deliver my international clients gifts and they are awesome! They keep in contact and follow up with all deliveries. My representative Diana provides me with great and very polite service and makes sure my customer received the baskets on time! Thank you so much!
Your customer service is exceptional. I also greatly appreciate the conscientious delivery. My friend was not home at the time of delivery this morning and the delivery person called him. Fortunately my friend was only a couple of blocks away.
