Great customer service. I was kept informed of the delivery status and the customer service follow-up with me when the local office was not able to deliver the product because the recipient was not at the location. The product was successfully delivered shortly.
This holiday season my company had over 50 recipients in all parts of Europe and Canada, I worked with Alyssa Bell on this order, and I have to say the communication was absolutely on point at all times.
