David Skol, Chief Gift Officer
Mr. Skol graduated from Babson College's Olin School of Business (Wellesley, MA), with a degree in Entrepreneurship. Mr. Skol brings valuable experience to the table since in the past, he has been employed as a Software Engineer with a number of New England's top hi-tech companies. In 2002 Mr. Skol co-founded one of the largest International flower delivery networks in Eastern Europe: Good Choice Flowers. Mr. Skol’s responsibilities within GiftBasketsOverseas.com revolve around Marketing and Business Development, not to mention being the company's in-house visionary.

Dimitry Peregoudov, Founder
GiftBasketsOverseas.com is Mr. Peregoudov's third company.
Previously he founded and held Executive positions with Good Choice Flowers and Onsite Videos (which later merged with Rovion Inc). Mr. Peregoudov's specialty is Internet Marketing & Web Analytics Consulting for many startups in eCommerce/online retail space.

Ksenia Belekh, VP of Product Development
Ms. Belekh develops our entire product catalog and is the driving force and creative mastermind behind the creation of the Gift Baskets Overseas Project. Ms. Belekh's creative thinking and enthusiasm have made the Gift Baskets Overseas project a huge success for our company. Her previous experience was in Marketing and Public Relations in various lifestyle companies in Eastern Europe. Ms. Belekh has also performed consulting work for the Boeing Corporation (Seattle, WA). Ms. Belekh  has received an MS in Engineering from the Moscow State University of Aviation Technology, and focuses her talents around Strategic Planning, Operations Management and Partner Channel Development on behalf of GiftBasketsOverseas.com.

NinaCarmen Monroe, Chief Editor/Consultant
Ms. Monroe graduated cum laude with a B.A. in English from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland and is currently earning her Master's degree from Argosy University's Sarasota School of Professional Psychology and Behavioral Sciences. Ms. Monroe brings an eclectic blend of life experience to her duties at Gift Baskets Overseas; she's been a gourmet cheese-monger, an assertive sales-person, a social worker, an animal rescuer, a publisher, and -above all- a writer and editor since she could hold a pencil. Now, she uses her sophisticated style and passion for wordsmithing to polish and perfect Gift Basket Overseas' content for International gift catalog.

Bob Caspe - Marketing & Strategy Advisor
Mr. Caspe has founded and served as CEO for numerous companies  in several industries including medical electronics, machine vision, graphic arts, photojournalism, and consumer electronics. Under Mr. Caspe’s leadership, these companies have developed everything from integrated computer system products and software to embedded systems and custom integrated circuits. Common threads throughout all of these companies are the fields of signal processing and imaging. Mr. Caspe is also a professor of Marketing at the Babson Olin School of Business (Wellesley, MA).
